Here are some independent (indie) bands that I think are cool to listen to.  Why do I like indie music?  Because no one else listens to them, or should I say not everyone are listening to them.  Indie music has more original elements integrated into it because it doesn’t have to be under scrutiny from a major label company.  I also feel that when a song is too popular, it dies.  Well that’s just my stupid opinion, but if people like to listen to music wether it’s an indie or underground title, or a hit song from Hilary Duff (I hate her music so much), then more power to you.  Anyway here is the list (if you think there are better ones out there, then feel obliged to give me a message). 

NOTE:  Some of these bands are disbanded so their craft may be hard to get a hold of.
